Professor Peev: I am especially irritated when deliverables look like they were created by four different people. Consistency and cohesion are a big part of professional presentation. Make sure each document uses the same font, font size, page size, layout, etc. Terminology should also be consistent through the documents.
Note: Make sure the diagrams are legible and that you understand them thoroughly. Legibility may require that you redraw parts of the diagram directly in Powerpoint. Usually, copy-pasting from Visio doesn't look great (esp. font size).
Note: Consider responding to feedback from your first pitch. But do so enthusiastically, not defensively.
A NOTE ON NOTES: I discourage the use of notes. In most cases, if you practice well, you shouldn't need notes for a 5-10 minute presentation. But I understand there are occasionally circumstances that require notes. If you will be using notes during the presentation, you must discuss it with me before you present. If you do not discuss it with me, you will see a 10 point penalty on your presentation grade.
