Research shows, time and again, that teams with a distinct, shared identity tend to have higher performance. Your charge is to figure out your team identity. This identity is what separates you from the other teams in IS3020. Part of figuring out who you are together is to figure out who you each are. You’re welcome to take any measures to learn about each other as you build your team identity. Do some research! Think about sharing your bios or answering silly or revealing questions (some ideas below) that will help illuminate your personalities and backgrounds. Consider meeting outside of class.
